The short version

Om-E is local-first. Your knowledge bases, captured pages, chats and files live on your machine; we cannot read them. Model traffic goes directly from your machine to the model provider and never passes through our servers.

What we will hold, once accounts exist

Account email, display name, licence term and purchase history — the minimum needed to run billing and support. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see card numbers. Marketing email will be strictly opt-in with one-click unsubscribe.

What we don't do

We don't sell data, and we can't train on your knowledge — we never have it.
